Who manages your homes?

We signed a contract with Elite Alliance Hospitality. They help manage our guest services, oversee our local property managers, and maintain the portfolio of homes.

Do you have daily housekeeping?

We do in some areas like Costa Rica, Mexico, and the Dominican Republic. In other homes we offer a mid-stay clean that is included in your visit fee.

What are your concierge services like?

We have an in-house guest relations team who books homes for you. They can also make recommendations on local places of interest.

Every time we buy a home, we hire a local concierge/property manager. These people can help you arrange transportation to/from the airport, pre-stock your fridge with groceries, book restaurants, and arrange a private chef.
