Do those memberships expire or change during the life of the fund?

We have contracts with both networks for the life of the fund.

How does access to Elite Alliance work?

When you join the Equity Platinum Fund 2, you will receive a complimentary Elite Alliance membership for 3 years. After this time, you can deposit 30 credits in your Elite Alliance account to extend the no-fee period, or buy a Core membership for $495 per year.

How does the access to ThirdHome work?

When you join the Equity Platinum Fund 2, you will receive a complimentary ThirdHome membership for one calendar year. During that first year, you can book 60-day keyless travel through the ThirdHome website.

After your initial year with ThirdHome, you can choose to buy the ThirdHome membership.

After the first calendar year of enrollment, you will pay $295 per year annual dues for the ThirdHome membership, if you choose to. For more details, we can put you in touch with a ThirdHome representative.

Do Equity Residence owners compete with the entire universe of ThirdHome and Elite Alliance owners for reservations at these properties, or do Equity Residence owners have some sort of priority?

Equity Residences owners are members of the networks just like all the other members are. Therefore they are treated as all other members of the networks.

If we ended up wanting to use our points with ThirdHome, after we request that transfer, how long does it take to arrive in ThirdHome?

Typically, within one business day.
