This five-bedroom, four-bathroom home has 3,200 square feet of living space and is the perfect gathering spot for any season. You can watch the stunning fall foliage or winter snowfall from the spacious deck. This mountain home possesses many modern amenities, including a covered outdoor hot tub. Enjoy inviting fireplaces, a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The tastefully appointed bedrooms will make you feel right at home, not to mention the oversized deep soaking master bathtub, which is perfect after a long day on the slopes.
Start your day by enjoying a cup of coffee while overlooking majestic 18.5-mile-long Gore Creek in the valley below. Put on your gear and venture out to Vail Resort for a day of skiing or boarding. A VIP parking pass is included.
Before you head to the mountain, you can catch a breakfast at The Little Diner (try the German pancakes) or Northside Coffee & Kitchen (famous for its doughnuts). When you are ready to refuel after your ski day, you have loads of dining options. If you are in the mood for a casual lunch or dinner, Mountain Standard and Alpenrose are both local and visitor top picks. Treat yourself to gourmet pleasures at restaurants only 10 minutes away from your residence that include Elway’s, Sweet Basil, Matsuhisa, La Tour Restaurant and WYLD (located in The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch).
If the Equity Platinum Fund home is not a right fit, you can choose from a selection of residences available to you as an Equity Residence’s investor through ThirdHome. At the time of this writing, we found availability at the Ritz–Carlton Club in Lionshead Village. The 3- bedroom residence is located at the base of the mountain and comes with all the luxury amenities like a ski valet, a spa, a gym, and the dedicated on-site concierge. The residence is available from January 6 – January 13, 2023, and is available for a ThirdHome exchange fee of $1,395 for a 7–night’s stay.
Another gem offered by ThirdHome is a 3- bedroom residence in Austria Haus. Located in the heart of the bustling Vail Village and available from December 10-17, 2022, this residence exudes European charm while also being in one of America’s finest ski resorts. The ThirdHome exchange fee for staying in the heart of action is only $1,195 per week.
NORTHSTAR RESORT, LAKE TAHOE, CALIFORNIA

ThirdHome has plenty of peak ski season availability at the time of this writing at a luxury residence club, Tonopalo. Located on the shores of Lake Tahoe, the residence club offers easy access to the nearest ski resorts while ensuring that non-skiers connect with nature by taking walks on the shores of Lake Tahoe and driving to the nearest restaurants located in Nevada and California.

During the annual Sundance Film Festival, guests can walk to Egyptian Theater for film screenings and enjoy dinners at the nearby restaurants.
